Warranty and Money-Back Guarantee

  1. We are offering a full refund of your purchase price less return freight charges under the following term.
  2. The product must be returned, unused, in the original package within 30 days from the date it was shipped to you.
  3. Contact us immediately if you intend to return the product. We will issue a Return Authorization label and arrange pickup.
  4. We will refund the purchase price less return freight charges within 30 days of receiving the product in our warehouse.


Funds will be refunded in the manner it was paid.

Shipping for Global and Local Deliveries

Packages are expeditiously dispatched after receipt of payment and are shipped via Commercial Freight Co. it will require a signature upon delivery. For special requests, call our customer service line (833) 860-4136. Please call for availably of products in stock.

The following guidelines have been established to assist Mobility Unlimited customers at the time of receipt of our product. Following these guidelines will help ensure problem-free product delivery and may save additional time and expense.

Product Receiving Procedure for Customers

Immediately upon receipt of a Gertie Crib, the customer is required to do a visual inspection of the delivery. The customer must verify the quantities of product on the carrier's paperwork vs. the actual items received. A valid signature and date are required on the carrier's paperwork or delivery receipt.

How to Handle Discrepancies or Damage at the Time of Delivery

If the contents cannot be inspected immediately, a notation on the carrier's paperwork must state "carton damaged-subject to inspection" and list the type of damage. Contents must be inspected within 48 hours of product arrival, and damage must be reported to the carrier. Pictures of the damage and a detailed report of damage must be sent to Mobility Unlimited Inc within this time frame.

If the package has excessive damage and the product is exposed, the customer must refuse to accept the shipment. The customer must sign the carrier's paperwork as "carton damaged and refused." The customer must immediately call Mobility Unlimited Inc.

Cancellations and Re-Consignments

When an order is canceled after the product has been shipped, the customer must refuse the delivery and sign the carrier's paperwork as "carton refused order canceled." When a shipment destination has been changed after the product has been shipped, the carrier's paperwork must be signed as "carton refused wrong delivery address." There will be additional delivery and/or shipping charges after the order is confirmed and the product has been shipped.
